Salary will be $18.00 per hour


Work hours will be scheduled between 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday

The Assistant Teacher (Floater) t is dedicated to providing essential support in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children.


A snapshot of what youll do:

  • Provide a positive safe stimulating and inclusionary learning environment
  • Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
  • Assist in recognizing adapting teaching strategies and addressing the individual needs of each child
  • Collaborate with the lead educator to maintain open and effective communication with parents and families

Qualifications:

  • National Early Childhood Credential (CDA/NECC) preferred
  • Florida Department of Children & Families 45-hour Child Care Training in early childhood education
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
