Description of Work

Provide litigation support to staff attorneys representing state agencies handling Workers Compensation claims this includes but is not limited to drafting settlement agreements and other legal pleadings summarizing medical records researching legal issues file maintenance scheduling processing billing invoices etc.

This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position.Temporary employeeswho work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under theHigh DeductibleHealth Plan (HDHP).For more information on Health Benefits offered visit.

This temporary positionis located at114 W. Edenton St. Raleigh WakeCounty.This position is assigned to the Department of Justice.


Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.50/hour(Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
