Role Overview

MyFundedFutures is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead growth for its regulated brokerage. This role owns customer acquisition end-to-end with a focus on compliant marketing top-of-funnel growth and driving customer deposits. The ideal candidate has experience marketing for a regulated financial entity and understands how to acquire and monetize retail traders or investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliant media and messaging to build and scale a strong top of funnel.
  
  
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy.
  
  
• Build grow and nurture an email database to support onboarding engagement and retention.
  
  
• Drive revenue per user through lifecycle marketing segmentation and optimization.
  
  
• Own all marketing channels and performance metrics.
  
  
• Hire manage and scale a marketing team as the brokerage grows.
  
  

Success Metrics

• Top-of-funnel engagement and qualified traffic
  
  
• New customer account funding and deposits
  
  
• Revenue per user and conversion efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience working for a regulated financial entity (brokerage fintech exchange or similar).
  
  
• Proven experience marketing to retail traders or retail investors.
  
  
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulated marketing environments.
  
  
• Experience owning acquisition funnels and scaling marketing programs.
  
  
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
