Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day security operations and staffing across allocated sitesConduct regular site visits inspections and officer check-upsEnsure compliance with SOPs site instructions and client requirementsPlan and manage rosters relief overtime and leave in line with labour requirementsLead guide and support security officers; address performance and conduct issuesBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients and respond to queries or complaintsEnsure accurate and timely completion of incident inspection and operational reportsPromote a safe compliant and professional security service at all times
