Job Summary
Utility/Mailroom Associate II
(On-Site Glen Burnie MD)
Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm Sat Mon Tues Wed Fri
Pay: $18/hr
Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as mailroom sorting and machine operation high and low speed mail opening and scanning exceptions processing and similar activities.
Will perform one or more of the following duties:
- Receives sorts scans and distributes incoming mail and materials.
- Operate mail sorting and opening equipment.
- Processing payments payment capture reject handling
- Standing Walking and Lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Operate 10 key adding machine.
- Complete accuracy and compliance testing as needed.
- Performs clerical task functions as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation
- All other duties as assigned.
