Senior Annuity Specialist
Location: On-Site Tampa FL
Compensation: Base Salary Uncapped Bonuses (Top performers earn $250000)
Licensing Required: Active Florida 2-15 (Life Health & Annuities)

This is not a cold-calling annuity role and not a book-building advisor position.
Warm pre-qualified leads only (no prospecting)
Direct access to existing Medicare clients
Proven structured annuity sales process
Base salary uncapped bonuses
Leadership training and marketing support
WHAT YOULL DO
Conduct consultative sales appointments focused on annuities and retirement income
Partner with Medicare Agents to identify annuity opportunities
Present compliant client-aligned solutions
Guide clients through applications underwriting and closing
Maintain carrier and product knowledge
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Active Florida 2-15 license
Preferred:
Series 6 7 63 or 65
Experience & Traits:
3 years of annuity life insurance or retirement sales experience
High-volume inside sales or call center background preferred
Proven consultative closing ability
Competitive motivated and coachable
Organized process-driven and accountable
