Pay: $27.00 per hour a monthly sales commission
Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm & Fridays 7:45am-12:30pm. Or can elect to work standard business hours which would be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

About this Opportunity:
Were hiring a Direct-Hire Customer Care Representative to join the team at a reputable manufacturing company in Edina MN. The Customer Care Representative is the liaison between the company and its customers. The primary responsibility is to address customer inquiries regarding product/service questions and to proactively sell product parts. Because of the diversity of the customer base and the multiplicity of individual interactions it will be necessary to adjust your communication approach to ensure a positive customer experience.
What Youll Be Doing:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email mail or social media.
Ensure (SFDC) utilization is in compliance with expectations: Update customer/account information in SFDC during and after each call Respond and manage website leads in SFDC & Generate quotes using SFDC
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and ensuring resolution
Confers with production sales shipping warehouse or logistics personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
Works as liaison between production sales and the customer after the order is entered into Epicor by sales.
Updating any changes to all purchase order information once the order has been entered into the Epicor system.
Assist with Audits
Handle and process returns initiating a Return Material Authorization (RMA) in accordance with established procedures.
Processing all customer adjustments/debit memos or expenses related to warranty.
Resolves logistics issues to the satisfaction of both the company and the customer.
As needed handle product recall situations
Arrange travel and accommodations for installers. Help develop travel report and process expenses.
Answer product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Provide assistance in after-sales service as required.
Assist in product research as requested.
Computes price discount commissions and shipping charges on parts orders
Processes parts orders in Epicor
What makes you a great fit:
5 years of B2B Customer Service experience.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Preferred qualifications: Experience working with Epicor and/or SalesForce & Experience in CRM System Windows 95 Excel Word and Outlook
