Aboutthe Role

The Business Process Owner: RECORD TO DECISION plays a critical role in ensuringHaleonsenterprise processes are designed governed andoperatedin a consistent scalable andfuture fitway.

The BPO is theenterprise-wide ownerof anend to end(E2E) global business process andis responsible forits design governance performance continuous improvement and adoption across all functions and markets.

This role sits at thecentreofHaleonstransformation ensuring our processes evolve from legacy fragmented ways of working into integratedstandardised and digitally enabledways of workingunlock capacity across theorganizationalign to strategymaintaincompliance and operational excellence in support of the growth agenda.

The BPO acts as aninformeddecision-maker for the enterprise breaking down functional silos and ensuringprocesschoices are made for the good of the wholeorganisation.

BPOs safeguardHaleonsprocessexcellenceand are essential to delivering scalable digital globally aligned operations for the future.

Process expertise in

  • Product Costing & Inventory
  • Journal & Allocations
  • Reconciliations
  • Intercompany Accounting
  • Close & Consolidation
  • External Reporting
  • Treasury

Key Responsibilities: Business Process Owner

End-to-End Process Ownership

  • Own the global design standards governance and documentation for the E2E process.
  • Define andmaintainglobal process maps decision rights controlsandpolicies.
  • Ensure processconsistency quality and compliance across markets and functions.

Process Design & Transformation Leadership

  • Lead process design/ continuous improvementactivities across all phases of Enterprise Transformation (Design Build Test Deployment Sustain).
  • Serve as thedesign authorityfor the process.
  • Act as theguardian of the global templateduring deployment waves and ensure alignment with S/4HANA design principles.
  • Partner with Technology Data and other process owners to ensure integrated coherent designs.

Governance & Decision-Making

  • Resolve cross-functional process issues conflicts and dependencies.
  • Minimisedeviations to global standards and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
  • Define process KPIs controls and continuous improvement mechanisms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partnerwith Business Process Sponsors Process Experts Local ProcessExperts and Functional Leaders to embed and sustain process changes.
  • Ensure effective integration across interconnected processes (e.g. L2CS2PR2D).
  • Collaborate closely with Data Digital & Tech Architecture Testing and Change teams.

Change Leadership & Adoption

  • Lead global change impact assessments for the process.
  • Define training communication and readiness needs.
  • Champion simplificationstandardisation and a One Haleon approach to process adoption.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Monitor process performance andidentifyopportunities for improvement simplification automation anddigitisation.
  • Use data and insights to refine and enhance the process in BAU.
  • Ensure the process continues to evolve to supportHaleonslong-term strategy.

  • Ability to align process with businessobjectivesand drive continuous improvement
  • Enterprise-first mindset; makes decisions for the good of the wholeorganisation.
  • High levelsof influence credibility and presence with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong judgement and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Collaborativeand able to align diverse groups behind a shared direction.
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
  • Skilled in change leadership process adoption and cross-market stakeholder engagement.
  • Understandinghow process design connects to data systems controls and integration points.
  • Able to work effectively with technology and data teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  • Not required to be a technical expert but must be a strong partnertoDigital & Tech teams.
  • Strong communicator with clarity influence and empathy.
  • Highlyorganisedand able to manage competing priorities.
