About the Role
As Business Teacher you will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that help students develop an understanding of business principles entrepreneurship marketing finance and management. You will encourage students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world business scenarios and develop valuable analytical and decision-making skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality Business lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5

• Supporting pupils to achieve strong academic outcomes in GCSE and A-Level Business

• Using a range of teaching strategies to engage learners and support different abilities

• Monitoring pupil progress through effective assessment and feedback

• Creating a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and discussion

• Contributing to departmental planning and curriculum development

• Supporting enrichment activities such as enterprise projects competitions or careers events

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification

• Have strong subject knowledge in Business or a related discipline

• Demonstrate the ability to deliver engaging and structured lessons

• Be committed to supporting pupils of all abilities to achieve their potential

• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Show enthusiasm for developing students understanding of real-world business concepts
