The Position

The People Support Solutions (PSS) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. Are you ready to join a global team dedicated to supporting our most valuable assetour people We are looking for an Employee Lifecycle Management Specialist to provide expert HR support to our Austrian business this role you will be the face of HR for employees and management ensuring a seamless experience throughout their entire journey with the company.

The Opportunity

As a People Support Operations Senior Specialist you will provide direct end-to-end support within our centralized support solutions function. Your mission is to handle a wide variety of HR-related transactions and queries with precision and empathy.

• End-to-End Support: Anticipate and respond to requests concerning HR policies and programs including the full employee life-cycle (e)learning compensation & benefits mobility and pay & time management.

• Resolution & Routing: Address questions directly using online resources and telephone or expertly route complex issues to specialized HR areas.

• Data & Documentation: Process various paper and electronic forms while performing essential data maintenance and analysis to ensure system integrity.

• Project Leadership: Contribute to or lead projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence.

• Mentorship: Act as a vital resource for colleagues with less experience providing functional guidance and supporting the onboarding of more junior team members.

• Global Collaboration: Interface directly with Global IT and HR departments to resolve cross-functional issues.

• Autonomy: Work independently within established guidelines receiving minimal guidance while maintaining high standards of quality.

Who You Are

You are a resilient HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment. You possess the perfect blend of technical HR knowledge and the interpersonal soft skills required to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

• Experienced Professional: You have a solid background in HR operations or administration.

• Linguistic Expert: You are fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).

• Stakeholder Management: You excel at managing diverse stakeholders. You demonstrate resilience and assertiveness with the specific ability to provide firm guidance to strong-willed stakeholders within the Austrian market.

• Solution-Oriented: You have a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently while remaining a supportive team player.

• Analytical & Organized: You are comfortable handling data maintenance and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
