Job Summary

As a member of our SAP Support team you will analyze and resolve the issues reported by users of Lesaffre Core Model SAP system by

  • Providing information about Lesaffre Core Model
  • Providing guidance to the users
  • Resolve relevant support requests
    • Identify workarounds & design final solutions by considering best practices and rules at the company
    • Executing changes of configuration
    • Leading the process when developers are required 
    • Perform and lead testing
  • ABAP debugging skills are highly appreciated
  • Coordinate and supervise external resources
  • Participating in projects when required
  • Guarantee that LCM (Lesaffre Core Model) rules are respected by supervising LCM implementation projects
  • Finetuning SAP setup including advise to developers to change custom developments
  • Performing maintenance of master data
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Opened to learn and understand connected processes of other SAP modules

Qualifications :

  • University or equivalent degree
  • 5 years or more experience in SAP PP  
  • SAP PP-PI and QM module skills are big advantages
  • PM FIORI S4 HANA experience are also preferred
  • Languages:
    • English (fluent)
    • French (nice to have)
