To:All Teaching and Administrative PersonnelBrockton Public SchoolsFrom:Kathleen Moran Superintendent of Human ResourcesSubject:Site Supervisor for ELL Initial Identification Screening for Incoming Students/Dual Language ScreeningDates/Hours/Location: 4:00-7:30pm on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays beginning April 16 2026 - June 25 2026 SRPIC4:00-6:30pm on Monday June 1 2026 Thursday June 11 2026 George School5:00-7:00pm on Monday June 15 2026 George School (Orientation)Minimum Qualifications: certificate (license) from the MA DOE in school EL registration/testing management of assessment and registration using the online registration system of Brockton Public of working with staff and parents to properly identify and place incoming in the use of assessment instruments for identification of EL students and dual teaching experience with EL skills in organization communication problem solving collaboration and team must be able to commit to the full programResponsibilities: collaboratively with the Director of Bilingual Education Director of School Registration and Information Center and Testing and oversee initial identification process/dual language screening process scheduling testing program recommendations EL paperwork communication with Bilingual Department and and support staff in all tasks and responsibilities related to initial identification/dual language screening that all documentation is completed correctly utilizing the online registration other related duties as assigned by the Director of Bilingual EducationCompensation: According to the ContractFund Code to be Charged:ELL Requirements
