Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Hardeeville SC The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities to ensure operations run efficiently and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules coordinating resources supervising team members monitoring workflow maintaining compliance with safety guidelines and addressing any operational challenges to meet production targets.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills including the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
Experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure streamlined operations and effective resource allocation
Proficiency in Production Management with a focus on meeting efficiency quality and safety goals
Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and communicate effectively across departments
Problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve production challenges efficiently
Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Management or a related field (preferred)
Familiarity with industry-specific software or systems (preferred)
