Top 5 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Pipeline Focus
Develop and implement a unified Market Access strategy for the Nordics prioritizing optimal access for pipeline and in-market assets. Collaborate with teams to anticipate payer requirements and proactively address barriers for upcoming launches.

Commercial Accountability
Take ownership of the financial impact of Market Access decisions. Ensure pricing reimbursement and access strategies are aligned with revenue targets and business sustainability. Support teams in balancing access with value avoiding unnecessary price reductions that could impact operational funding.

Cross-functional & External Collaboration
Foster strong partnerships with Commercial Medical Finance RWE and Policy teams. Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders (authorities payers policy makers industry associations patient groups) to shape health policy and advocate for patient access.

People Leadership & Inclusive Culture
Lead coach and develop direct reports promoting a culture of commercial accountability collaboration and inclusion. Ensure all proposals andnegotiations are evaluated for their impact on company revenue and long-term sustainability.

Governance & Performance Management
Establish clearKPIsfor Market Access& HEORteams that link access outcomes to revenue and operational funding. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations and represent Market Access in all relevant country and Nordic brand teams.

Experience & Qualifications

• Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in Market Access or related functions
• Proven ability to develop and influence public policy and patient access deliverables
• Experience managing cross-country teams and complex matrix organizations
• Strong commercial acumen communication negotiation and networking skills
• Degree/Masters in law political sciences life sciences health economics or healthcare management
• Fluency in English; Nordic language(s) an advantage
