What Youll Do As an Analyst on the Marketplace Operations team you will use data to improve provider performance and strengthen overall client health. Youll work with large data sets uncover trends and deliver analytical insights that drive decisions across the business.
In this role you will:
- Build and maintain custom reports that track client and provider performance
- Analyze data to identify root causes of operational challenges and partner with account leaders to develop datadriven solutions
- Enhance internal and external data visualizations including building new dashboards in Looker
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Use KPI frameworks to help design and optimize highperforming provider networks
- Drive knowledgebuilding initiatives (e.g. optimizing NTE thresholds improving preventative maintenance strategies)
- Support the rollout of crossfunctional improvement initiatives with analytics and reporting
- Produce timely ad hoc analysis and clientfacing reports
What You Bring MustHave Skills & Experience:- +3 years of experience in an analyticsfocused role (e.g. operations consulting finance business analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to translate data into clear narratives that explain not just what is happening but why
- Comfort working independently and taking ownership of your work
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for digging into complex data sets
NicetoHave- Experience writing SQL queries
- Familiarity with Looker or other business intelligence tools
