Job Summary
- Business Performance: set budget & forecast analyze P&L reports participate in business plan goal.
- Operation: Developing standard in the department oversee planning and execution maintain high level of HACCP working with team.
- Team management: monitor supervise and discipline of the team members to ensure the team meets their capabilities and degree of professionalism and develop their potential.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing food production and culinary operations preferably in a resort or leisure destination.
- Excellent English communication skills and able to engage guests.
- Strong leadership interpersonal & training skills.
- Highly organized result and service oriented with an eye for details.
- Ability to multitask work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
