Full Time Sales Rep OR In Home Sales Rep

We are currently looking for full time person to help take our company to the next level! Over the last year we have grown significantly and we need help to continue our growth. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Rep. We are a local water restoration contractor that has been in business for 16 years. Description

Initial contact with the customer and assessment of water damage.
Estimating scope of the water/mold/fire damage.
Securing the project (sales).
Directly coordinating with All American Water Restoration team members.
Ensuring project work meets the highest standards of workmanship.
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
Representation on the All American Water Restoration emergency mitigation on-call management rotation.
Communication with insurance adjusters and All American Water Restoration team members.

Qualifications

In home sales experience preferred.
Xactimate estimating experience is preferred
Restoration/Construction industry knowledge is required.
Must be confident with the ability to close the deal.
Must be a great rapport builder who understands the need for trust building in the sales environment.
Valid drivers license.
Must have a clean driving record and background check.
Project Manager Experience is a plus.
Customer services oriented sales professional.

Compensation: $90000.00 - $150000.00 per year
