Job Summary
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Help ensuring that operations & processes are aligned with the management system requirements.Main Accountabilities
1. Lead the continuous improvement of the existing IMS system.
2. Follow implementation progress.
3. Consolidate existing IMS procedures processes system.
4. Promote IMS within the organization.
Differentiating Criteria
Team Management: Technical supervision of a team of 1 or 2 IMS coordinators.
Scope: Own one or more processes for the entity
Decision Making / Activity:
- Implement and supervise the audit processes and programs covering all industrial activities of our subsidiaries within the GBU
- Responsible for closing out the IMS Streamlining program by completing its five phases: team setting process mapping assessment action planning and close-out.
- Work closely with the subsidiary Chief Industrial Auditors and project leaders to complete their action plans
Are you a MATCH
1. Bachelor degree in science engineering quality management business admin or other related field
2. 5 years experience in quality management
3. Outstanding Technical Writing Skills and Technical Auditing / Professional and Team Orientation / Excellent Proficiency in Word Excel PowerPoint Project OneNote SharePoint and SAP
