How Youll Make an Impact

• Reporting to the Manager Analytics and Business Intelligence youll provide leadership to a Scrum team of Data and Business Intelligence Analysts responsible for transforming data into critical insights that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders SMEs product owners and technical partners to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of business strategy priorities processes and the resulting data across multiple business lines.
• Lead development of user-centric reporting and analytical solutions that align with organizational goals and ensure stakeholders can easily interpret key insights.
• Mentor and coach team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Champion Agile methodologies ensuring the team operates efficiently and adapts quickly to business needs.
• Drive process improvement by coaching the team on best practices and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows for efficient analytics solutions.
• Keep an eye out for new analytics tools and technologies recommending improvements to enhance data management visualization and reporting.
• Maintain quality assurance by validating data accuracy and integrity following best practices for governance and reporting consistency.
  

What You Bring to the Table

• You have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Management or a related fieldor equivalent work experience.
• You have at least 8 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or a related technical field.
• You have at least 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• You have extensive experience with data visualization tools like Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
• You have advanced proficiency with SQL Python DBT and Snowflake.
• You have expert knowledge of Excel including external data and pivot tables.
• You understand data governance and best practices for ensuring data integrity and security.
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform Certification or related experience.
• Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure AWS or Google Cloud).
• Agile / Scrum Certification(s).
