ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do
In this role youll do more than just meet sales targets. Youll partner with branch leadership to craft a growth strategy that resonates across all segments of our business. Heres a snapshot of what your day-to-day will look like:
- Fuel Sales Success: Drive sustainable growth in the Vancouver market across all branch segments collaborating with the General Manager to establish performance accountability.
- Lead the Sales Charge: Execute our branchs sales program refining the sales process and structure and ensuring every team member is aligned with our goals.
- Mentor New Talent: Support train and onboard new sales talent helping them thrive and contribute to our vision.
- Forge Strong Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with key customers across all segments ensuring we hit sales budgets margin targets and annual goals.
- Strategize for Growth: Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Sales/Business Development to identify potential customers and emerging opportunities transitioning key relationships to the regional level.
- Stay Sharp & Informed: Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends economic indicators and competitor moves to maintain a competitive edge.
- Elevate the Team: Contribute to our collective success by aligning branch and personal targets with company strategies.
