Job Description:
The Medical Advisor is a leading role for maximize scientific and clinical value of key pharmaceutical products or pipelines through executing medical strategy in Japan. The Medical Advisor works with internal/external stakeholders collaboratingwith global medical affairs team.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Develop and execute medical strategy of oncology pipelines related to diagnosis and theranostics.
Develop evidence strategies aligned with the product life cycle and participate in the assessment and monitoring of investigator-initiated trials.
Plan and execute insights-gathering by attending congresses organizing advisory board meetings and/or consultation meetings.
Serve as the primary medical counterpartfor KOLs in Nuclear Medicine and Oncology.
Collaborate with the medical information team to create and manage product-related Q&A contents.
Handle escalated medical inquiries from HCPs via the call center or sales team ensuring timely and compliant responses.
Provide scientific review and approval of commercial materials.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Qualifications:
Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or R&D in pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Communication skills for engaging with KOLs ensuring compliance with the Japanese code of practice.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team with proficiency in oral and written Japanese.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Oncology Urology Nuclear Medicine or Radiology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree/license in life sciences-related field such as MD PhD Pharmacist or other science degree.
Proficiency in business-level English with ability to work with global medical affairs team.
Experience in developing and/or executing pre-launch medical strategies.
Self-starter with the ability to plan and execute independently.
Has experience in health economic research.
