PAC Performance parts Customer servicesupports Valmet spare partsand consumablessales and operations within Europe Middle East and Africa. We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our spare parts sales team in Italy for paper and board and packaging machines.
In this role you will handle external quotation requests and sales orders mainly to Italian customers. You follow that the deliveries are on time and keep the external customers informed. Your desk wont be empty there will always be new orders and inquiries as well as item related updates.
This position will be based in Lucca. Milano might be considered as additional location.
