Lead Restoration Technician Mitigation

You lead by example whether you are are hands-on while running point for a team or working independently in the field. From start to finish you uphold safety and quality standards and ensure accurate documentation on every project.

What You Do

• Oversee and perform emergency water extraction demolition and debris removal
• Set up operate and monitor mitigation and drying equipment
• Remediate areas damaged by water fire or mold
• Provide guidance to crew members while working alongside them
• Ensure EPA OSHA and local safety compliance including proper PPE use
• Document job progress complete sketches humidity/psychrometry records and drying objectives
• Inspect work as needed for quality safety and compliance
• Maintain repair and track equipment and consumables
• Keep company vehicle stocked clean and ready for use

What You Bring

• Current IICRC certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of experience in restoration or construction
• Valid Drivers License
• Desire to grow and ownership mentality
• Understanding of basic job site safety
