Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician
Location: Aurora CO & Surrounding Area
Shift: Standard Business Hours with On-Call Availability

What Youll Do
In this role you will be trusted to take ownership of building performance across multiple facilities. Your day-to-day will include:
Performing preventive maintenance and responding to repair work orders across mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
Operating maintaining and repairing HVAC systems electrical distribution equipment plumbing and overall building infrastructure
Conducting routine facility inspections and identifying issues that may impact safety efficiency or operations
Responding to emergencies with urgency and technical precision including after-hours support when needed
Preparing clear detailed reports outlining system conditions and recommending corrective actions
Maintaining working knowledge of building automation systems fire/life safety systems and related equipment
Ensuring full compliance with safety standards codes and regulations while maintaining clean and organized work environments
What You Bring
Required:
Universal EPA Certification
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in building engineering
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems plumbing and electrical equipment repair and maintenance
Valid drivers license with the ability to travel between sites
Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights (ladders up to 30 ft.)
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work overtime as needed
Preferred:
Understanding of MEP and HVAC system design and application
Experience using CMMS platforms to manage work orders
Background in commercial facility maintenance or service environments
