Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily store operations including inward outward and stock maintenance.
- Receive inspect and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders/invoices.
- Issue raw materials consumables and spare parts to production and project teams as per requirement.
- Maintain proper records of stock.
- Conduct regular stock verification reconciliation and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure proper storage labeling and preservation of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with purchase for timely replenishment.
- Handle dispatch of finished goods coordinate with logistics and prepare delivery challans.
- Implement and ensure compliance with companys store policies and safety standards.
- Submit periodic stock and consumption reports to management.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain (preferred).
- 36 years of experience in store/inventory management preferably in manufacturing (capital goods fabrication or kitchen equipment industry).
- Strong knowledge of store operations stock management and dispatch processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel ERP software and inventory systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of safety and handling of fabrication materials stainless steel sheets hardware and electrical/mechanical components will be an added advantage.
