Job Summary

Premier Development is seeking a motivated Maintenance Porter to join the team at one of our luxury residential communities. Responsibilities include general interior and exterior maintenance keeping the facilities and common elements clean and disposing of trash.

Other Responsibilities and Requirements

Previous laborer/cleaning experience required

Understanding of appliance electrical plumbing and carpentry repair preferred

Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision

Must have a valid drivers license - no exceptions

Must have reliable transportation - no exceptions

Work Authorization: United States (Required)
