Ironside Restoration is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from clients addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requests are handled efficientlyProvide assistance to clients in scheduling appointments and services
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
- Resolve client issues and complaints escalating to management when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the client service team
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Experience: 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
