The RN Womens Health Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering comprehensive patientcentered nursing care and care coordination services to women across the lifespan. This role supports clinical providers by managing preventive screenings coordinating obstetric/gynecology referrals ensuring continuity of care providing patient education and supporting quality-improvement initiatives within the womens health service line. The Nurse will serve as a key liaison between patients providers external specialists and community resources to promote optimal health outcomes.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Experience in womens health OB/GYN public health or primary care.
- Preferred:
- Experience in community health or FQHC setting.

- Familiarity with preventive care guidelines (ACOG USPSTF CDC).
- Knowledge of traumainformed and culturally sensitive care practices.
