What youll be doing:
Working within the Business Services and No7 Beauty Company IT team this is an opportunity to work as a business analyst across a diverse landscape of applications and projects. You will be at the centre of the team delivering solutions that put our internal and external customer needs first.
Key responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with business and IT partners and using a variety of techniques to define capture and prioritise requirements and create user stories including functional non-functional and IT operational requirements for the project.
- Analysing business requests identifying and evaluating options for improving business systems and processes ensuring the customers needs are always at the forefront of our solutions.
- Plan the business analysis work for projects by defining timescales milestones and dependencies for the work to proceed in an Agile or Waterfall manner as appropriate.
- Work in a team of other Business Analysts on large / complex pieces of work ensuring that the vision scope and requirements are aligned across the entire project.
- Support the Lead Business Analyst to engage with departments to understand their strategy and business plans to create product roadmaps.
- Support test teams and project managers with the evaluation of defects and prioritisation of these defects.
- Represent the business and their requirements through the project lifecycle.
What youll need to have (our must-haves):
- Youll demonstrate experience as a Business Analyst this role is about having the confidence and passion to take ownership for projects of varying scale and inspiring the implementation of outstanding solutions.
- Youll have excellent ability to manage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels in the business.
- Youll have the ability to delve into the detail and strive for a collaborative understanding to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
- Youll have the ability to support across multiple projects deadlines and carve your own path and work.
- Youll always seek to understand and to bring others along when your understanding is greater than theirs.
- You will have experience of working within both Agile and Waterfall software delivery environments.
It would be great if you also have:
- Youll have experience of working in a corporate or retail environment.
- You will have experience of working as a Product Owner Product Manager or Agile Business Analyst.
- Youll have a recognised qualification in business analysis.
