OVERVIEW:

As aSenior Sales Director you willbe responsible forleading and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth expand market presence and build strong client relationships. You will manage high-performing sales teams develop key accounts and ensure the achievement of ambitious sales targets. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring leadership salesexpertise and business acumen to deliver results in a highly competitive market.

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute astrategic sales planto achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identifynew market opportunitiesand drive business expansion.
  • Monitorsales performance metricsand implement improvements as needed.

Team Management & Development:

  • Lead mentor and coach a team of sales professionals ensuring high performance.
  • Foster ahigh-performance sales culturefocused on results collaboration and innovation.
  • Recruit onboard and train top-tier sales talent.

Revenue Growth & Business Development:

  • Drivenew business acquisitionwhile managing and expanding existing key accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships withC-level executivesand decision-makers.
  • Leadcomplex sales negotiationsand close high-value deals.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely withMarketing Product and Customer Successteams to align sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback onmarket trends competition and customer needs.
  • Present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS(REQUIREMENTS):

  • Experience:10 years in senior sales leadership roles preferably inB2B SaaS TechnologyProfessionalServices or FMCG.
  • Proven Track Record:Demonstratedsuccess in exceeding multi-million-pound revenue targets.
  • Strategic Leadership:Ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies.
  • Negotiation & Closing:Strongexpertisein managingcomplex high-value deals.
  • Team Leadership:Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Market & Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding of market dynamics trends and competitivelandscape.
  • CRM & Sales Tech:ProficiencyinSalesforce HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent Communication:Strong presentation influencing and relationship-building skills.
