Job Title: CT Scan Technologist CWR
Location: Syracuse NY 13210
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: Sunday Monday Tuesday 7:30 PM 8:00 AM
Hours: 36 hrs/week (12-hour shifts)
Weekend Requirement: Every Sunday
Pay:
Local: $2139/week
Travel: $2299.50/week
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CT Scan Technologistfor an exciting job in Syracuse NY.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CT scans using established protocols
Review patient history and document accurately in PACS/EPIC
Prepare and administer contrast media; perform IV insertion and maintenance
Verify exam orders and communicate with Radiologists as needed
Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and accuracy
Monitor patients for adverse reactions
Provide clear patient education and compassionate care
Comply with safety quality and regulatory requirements
Work scheduled nights weekends and holidays as required
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
ARRT Registered Technologist R.T.(R)
Diagnostic Radiography License
Minimum 3 years of CT experience (trauma/stroke center preferred)
ARRT (CT) required within 12 months if not currently held
AHA BLS required within 3 months
Proficiency with CT equipment and PACS systems
Preferred
ARRT R.T.(CT)
Experience with EPIC or other HIS/RIS systems
5 years of CT experience
