About the Process:

  1. A merit-based assessment will be conducted by the panel evaluating each applicants written responses and resume against the selection criteria.

About the Position:

TheSenior Administration Officerworks as part of a teamwhilstsupporting the Chief Executive Officer inmanaging a diverse and high-level range of administration duties.

You willhave the opportunity to coordinatedaily operations correspondence meetings travel and events manageoffice processes including procurement and accounts support Executive and Leadership Team meetings and administer internal recognition programs.

This position will see youbuildstrong relationships across the organisation guiding workflow processes and collaborating closely with the Lord Mayors Office Executive Assistants and senior leaders.

Remuneration: $85470.4517.5% annual leave loadingyearly payment12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week.
