Job Summary

Our expert multi-disciplinary teamleveragetheir combined experience marketdataand leading analytics to provide thevery bestplacement and execution strategies.Becomea member of a dynamic and successful insurance broking team working with existing clients and developing new businessacrossthe Marinesector.
Responsibilities:
Develop new relationships with prospects and markets andmaintainongoing contactat a senior level
Work with account management support during placement process to ensure quality submissions and presentations are prepared
Work with actuarial team to determineappropriate(re)insurance needs and communicate solutions effectively to clients and prospects
Negotiate with markets during the quotation and placement process ofdirect facultativeandcoverholderdeals.
Work withcontractsdepartment to prepare contracts andcoverholderagreements.
Represent Acrisure at client meetings presentations audits with (re)insurers and other events as appropriate
Maintain ongoingrelationshipswith clients and insurance markets
Work withaccount managementinternal Claims Operations and Finance departments to ensure administration of accounts is going smoothly andhelpresolve issues that require brokerassistance.
Adherence to Company compliance and departmental procedures including file management and documentation and placement process.

Experience required:

Significant brokingexperiencein a similar role
Dedicated anda collaborativeteam member.
Proactive andexecution oriented taking initiative to start and complete new tasks.
Takesownership and responsibility for qualitycompletenessand accuracy of work.
Knowledge ofdirectfacultativeandbinding authority businesspreferable
Demonstratesa highlevel of technical ability andhas the ability towork alongside actuaries and interpret actuarial results.
Has a strong appreciation and understanding of current issues affecting theMaritimeindustry.
