Group IT HUB Manager Romania and Moldova
The Group IT HUB Manager is responsible for managing the Orbico Group IT HUB from and acts as the primary IT Business Partner for local stakeholders within the companies supported by the HUB.
The role ensures alignment between business needs and IT solutions owns demand management at local level and coordinates the delivery of complex IT initiatives in collaboration with Group IT teams.
Key responsibilities:
Acts as the main point of contact for local business stakeholders ensuring clear understanding of business needs priorities and country-specific requirements.
Leads demand management translating business requirements into structured initiatives and aligning them with Group IT capabilities and priorities.
Develops project work plans and oversees project administration and implementation for complex IT projects related to companies supported by the HUB.
Coordinates and facilitates workshops trainings and stakeholder sessions to support requirement definition solution alignment and change adoption.
Convenes regular stakeholder alignment meetings to review project progress risks and outcomes.
Establishes and maintains strong trust-based relationships across local business functions and Group IT teams.
Works closely with business stakeholders to identify challenge and shape solutions that best support business objectives.
Collaborates with other Orbico Group IT Managers to ensure efficient IT delivery data system management and consistent service quality.
Monitors service and operational level agreements (SLAs/OLAs) and key KPIs aligning corrective actions with relevant IT stakeholders when objectives are not met.
Ensures coordination of all matters related to the management implementation and ongoing optimization of IT systems within the companies supported by the OG IT HUB.
Job requirements
To be eligible for this position the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT including leadership responsibilities and work across multiple locations
Strong technical background in Microsoft environments (M365) networking IT security and cloud solutions
Proven experience in defining and executing IT strategy managing IT infrastructure and security and coordinating local IT teams
Advanced project management skills with excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Fluent English required;
Willingness to travel occasionally across HUB markets
