Job Overview

A leading healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Nutritionist/Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition care services. The role focuses on assessing patient nutritional needs developing individualized care plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans
Provide medical nutrition therapy for patients with acute and chronic conditions
Monitor patient progress and modify nutrition interventions as needed
Educate patients and families on dietary guidelines and nutrition management
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals
Accurately document nutrition assessments interventions and outcomes in the medical record
Participate in scheduled weekend coverage
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies

Required Qualifications

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
Relevant clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
