Job Description:
The Lead Compliance Specialist shall have extensive experience with federal cybersecurity and privacy requirements. This role is responsible for leading Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) activities using the NIST Risk Management Framework and ensuring compliance with FISMA requirements. The individual shall have experience processing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and System of Records Notices (SORNs) along with a solid understanding of FISMA NIST standards and federal privacy laws including the Privacy Act of 1974 and HIPAA.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience
- Strong understanding of FISMA NIST and federal privacy laws
- Industry-recognized certification (CISSP CAP or Security)
- Baltimore Cyber Range (BCR) Cybersecurity Technical Proficiency preferred
