Join a high-growth startup as the first SDR hire to build a foundational outbound motion. Working directly with the executive team you will identify prospects and qualify opportunities to fuel revenue growth. This pivotal role offers a clear career trajectory toward Account Executive and Sales Manager positions in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

Conduct outbound prospecting through research lead list building and multi-channel outreach via email phone and LinkedIn.
Run discovery calls to qualify prospects against the ideal customer profile and clearly articulate the products value proposition.
Support the commercial team by setting up high-quality meetings and assisting with follow-ups at industry events.

The ideal candidate:

12 years of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS or a high-potential recent graduate with strong entrepreneurial experience.
Proven track record of execution consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs for pipeline generation and meetings booked.
Excellent communication skills with an ambitious resilient and autonomous mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment.
