Job Title: Customer & Sales Representative
Salary: $1500-$1800
Work hours: Monday-Friday aligned with Pacific TimeRole OverviewThe Customer Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound sales leads ensuring prompt follow-up accurate qualification and seamless coordination with the sales team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong customer engagement and data integrity within the CRM.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily inbound leads within the CRM ensuring timely follow-up and accurate lead qualification.
- Engage with prospects via phone email and digital channels to understand needs and assess sales readiness.
- Schedule and support virtual and in-person appointments for sales representatives.
- Act as a point of contact for prospects throughout the early stages of the sales process.
- Maintain clean organized and up-to-date CRM records for all prospects and active opportunities.
- Ensure all interactions notes and next steps are accurately logged in the CRM.
- Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and relevant prospect insights.
Required Skills & Competencies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales workflows.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to follow-up.
Preferred Experience- Previous experience in a sales support customer service or inside sales role.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar).
