Job Summary
Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a General Manager withbags of personality to join our teamso if you have previousexperienceof managing a team from within either the hospitality or a service ledenvironmentand you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge;this may be just the job for you.
Located in Londons Moorgate the Old Doctor Butlers Head is a traditional pub dating back more than 400 years. A short stroll from the Guildhall it is a popular spot with City workers and its first floor function room is a constantly busy with events and meetings in the area.
As an ambassador for our brand you will create aninclusive culture within the business leading and developing your team toensure that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity. Withthe support of your Operations Manager you will strive to achieve key business objectiveswithin your individual site whilst delivering continued growth customersatisfaction and success.
