Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Application Performance Testing
In this role We are seeking an experienced Application Performance Tester with 5 years of hands-on experience in performance load stress and scalability testing of enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
Design develop and execute performance test strategies plans and scripts for web mobile and API-based applications
Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks related to application code database network and infrastructure
Work closely with development and architecture teams to troubleshoot performance issues and recommend improvements
Monitor application performance using APM and monitoring tools during testing and production environments
Validate non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as response time throughput concurrency and resource utilization
Prepare and present performance test reports dashboards and metrics to stakeholders
Support performance testing during release cycles upgrades and production deployments
Ensure adherence to performance testing best practices and standards

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience in application performance testing
Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter LoadRunner Gatling or NeoLoad
Solid understanding of performance testing concepts (load stress soak scalability capacity planning)
Experience testing web applications APIs (REST/SOAP) and microservices architectures
Proficiency in analyzing CPU memory heap garbage collection thread dumps and database performance metrics
Experience with SQL and database performance testing
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
Hands-on experience with APM and monitoring tools (Dynatrace AppDynamics New Relic Grafana Prometheus Splunk)
Scripting experience using Java Python Groovy or JavaScript
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
