Serves as primary care provider for selected patients referred by GHC and Gilchrist Greater Living who are in need of home-based medical :Successful completion of certified nurse practitioner program. Licensures/Certifications:Current licensure as an adult nurse practitioner by the Board of Medical Examiners of Maryland/Maryland State Board of Examiners of of health care CPR course :5 years of experience functioning as a nurse practitioner in a clinical experience in a clinical hospice role is experience in a quality assurance or utilization review role is :Broad knowledge of medical treatment practices especially internal medicine geriatrics and oncologyKnowledge of healthcare regulatory agency standards for hospice/ health care of The Joint Commission (TJC) and CMS principles and with Part A Hospice Medicare and insurance coverage processes to operate independently and to balance multiple priorities. Strong leadership interpersonal and influencing skills necessary to interact effectively with physicians payers regulatory agencies staff and other health in using computers and personal productivity in written and oral to interact effectively with patients and in reviewing analyzing and developing clinical summaries of patient electronic medical records.
Pay Range
$82774.65 - $137823.94
