Pay: $26.44-$38.79 / hr

Schedule: Mon - Fri; day shift

Location: Vancouver WA HP Campus

What this job involves:

The Senior Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day site operations by coordinating operational activities communications readiness efforts and administrative execution across facilities and workplace support services. This role is designed for an experienced coordinator who can work independently manage competing priorities and drive follow-through across multiple workstreams. This position reports to the Assistant Facilities Manager and partners closely with the broader site team to ensure consistent service delivery and operational discipline.

What your day-to-day looks like:

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in operations coordination facilities support workplace services or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience supporting facilities or workplace operations in a corporate environment.

• Familiarity with CMMS or facilities management systems.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
