Estimated annual base pay: $93000 (minimum) - $121000 (midpoint) - $149000 (maximum)

All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Lead Manufacturing Projects: Directs complex manufacturing initiatives from conception to completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
Solve Technical Challenges: Identifies and resolves intricate manufacturing problems using advanced technical knowledge and innovative approaches.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partners with cross functional departments to integrate manufacturing processes and optimize operational efficiency.
Mentor and Support Colleagues: Provides guidance and expertise to less experienced team members fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
Implement Best Practices: Develops and enforces manufacturing standards and best practices to enhance quality productivity and competitiveness.

Other Qualifications:

4 year Bachelors BS OR 10 years equivalent experience
