Job Summary

Saratoga Bridges is looking for a RN who is energetic organized and wants to work Monday through Friday during the daytime. There are no evening shifts or on-call rotations. As the Arc in Saratoga County we support adults with developmental disabilities (DD) in homes throughout Saratoga County. Our nursing staff play a key role helping ensure the people we support maintain the best health possible. The best part of this job is the relationships you develop with the people youre supporting. If you have no experience working with people with DD we will provide you with paid training.

Our nurses develop annual Nursing Health Care Plans along with quarterly reviews. They look for signs and symptoms of illness that warrant nursing or medical interventions. Our nurses provide direct nursing services to the people we support. This includes passing medications and attending medical appointments with the person. They also give guidance and educate our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are lay persons in providing care.
