Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room - (Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room for a 13-week travel assignment in Murphysboro IL 62966.
Contract Details
- 1900-0730 Full-time (36 hours/week)
- Start Date: 6/22/2026
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Location: Murphysboro IL 62966
- Weekend/ Call Requirements: Weekend requirement is every 3rd weekend no call requirements 4th of July holiday requirement
- State License: Must Be Currently Active
- EMR Used: EPIC
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients to determine mental physical and spiritual needs
- Establish a compassionate environment to provide emotional psychological and spiritual support to patient and families
- Assesses plans implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Provide in health teaching and counseling to promote attain and maintain the optimum health level of patients
- Demonstrate ability to use clinical judgement in conjunction with critical thinking to recognize act upon and report changes in patient condition.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in patient medical record
- Provide input into the development of policies and procedures to support patient safety and quality of care
- Supervision and delegation responsibilities of licensed practical nurse and/or unlicensed assistant personnel
- Serve as an advocate for the patient by communicating and collaborating with other health service professionals
- Timely completion of required education competencies and licensure.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year recent ER experience is preferred
- Active IL RN License required
- BLS ACLS PALS are required
- NIHSS & TNCC highly desired
- Strong communication professionalism and reliability
Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
