Job Summary
Vickers Design Group is seeking a motivated Associate Architect with 3-6 years of professional experience to join our dynamic this role youll have the opportunity to contribute to all phases of design from developing schematic concepts and design development drawings to producing detailed construction documents using Revit. Youll play a key role in managing small to mid-size projects collaborating with clients contractors and stakeholders.
To succeed in this position the candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- 3 - 6 years of professional architectural experience
- Produces Revit drawings from SD through CDs---Must be proficient in Revit
- Develops floor plans elevations sections and details.
- Works independently on defined tasks
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes zoning firm standards and industry best practices
- Experience in corporate industrial or multi-family project types is desirable
- Collaborative team member with a proactive mindset and a positive attitude
- Hands-on with growing ownership of coordinatingwith clients contractors and consultants
- Review and respond to RFIs and submittals.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
