As a Locum MD in Ob/Gyn you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive womens health services including prenatal care delivery and gynecological examinations. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care during your tenure.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct routine examinations and prenatal check-ups
- Manage labor and delivery processes
- Perform surgical procedures as needed
- Consult and collaborate with other medical staff
- Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Ob/Gyn practices
Requirements
- MD degree from an accredited medical school
- Valid medical license to practice in the state
- Experience in obstetrics and gynecology (Associate level)
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage
Setting: Inpatient
Daily Volume: 1-3 inpatients 1-3 deliveries 2-4 NST/observations
Daily rounding required
Must be comfortable with vaginal deliveries and c-sections
Will provide ED consultations as needed
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
