You will:

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with students and members of staff clearly calmly and accurately.
• Demonstrate good organisational skills.
• Have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Be able to work with others as part of a team or alone.
• Have good time management skills: reliability and punctuality.

de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school located in Caterham Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The school has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students residing within the CR3 catchment area.
