The Sales / Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities managing client relationships and executing marketing strategies to promote products and services. The role requires strong communication skills market awareness and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
Identify develop and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales referrals and market research.
Promote company products and services to prospective and existing clients in line with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and quotations to clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and client requirements.
Plan and support marketing campaigns promotions and brand awareness initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and client interactions.
Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports for management review.
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Prior experience in sales marketing or business development is preferred.
Experience in Singapore market or overseas exposure will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales tools is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
