- Marketing Leadership: Partner with senior leadership and marketing teams to maximize potential monitoring performance and identifying gaps to drive both immediate gains and long-term value creation across your portfolio of markets
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted thought partner to local and regional leaders collaborating with data and marketing teams to challenge the status quo and drive innovation
- Actionable Insights: Generate high-impact strategic insights that provide cross-functional partners with clear actionable paths toward growth
- ROI-Driven Budgeting: Strategic oversight of marketing budgets and allocation processes through an ROI lens prioritizing investment in scalable and sustainable initiatives
- Executive Performance Management: Develop and deliver crisp performance reports for C-level audiences to enable data-driven decision-making and OKR tracking
- Special Projects: Lead high-priority marketing and growth initiatives and cross-functional projects involving multiple senior stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications :
Experience: 34 years of experience in top-tier management consulting FMCG investment banking or a high-growth tech environment.
Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a mastery of Excel and proficiency in SQL to transform raw data into impactful decisions.
Strategic Clarity: Proven ability to develop actionable strategies in complex environments translating disparate data points into compelling recommendations.
Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing or advising on growth strategies within fast-paced industries.
Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft narratives that build trust with C-level executives and international teams.
